The IT Development division is primarily responsible for a coordinated, quality-assured, and efficient management of software development for the social insurance systems within Försäkringskassan, as well as actively contributing in these areas to the entire public sector. We ensure that we have products and services to support an efficient operation and create collaborations with external stakeholders and partners. We have offices in several locations across Sweden. We are now seeking an Administrative Assistant for our exciting division, based in Sundsvall. **Documentation, Administration, Communication, and Internal and External Collaboration** As an Administrative Assistant within the division, you will provide administrative support to management teams and contribute to the smooth functioning of the managers' daily operations. The role involves close collaboration with various departments, and you will take your own initiatives for improvement in your work. In this role, you will manage meeting documentation, coordinate and follow up on activities related to work environment, operational planning, conferences, referrals/preparations, and more. The position also involves working with record-keeping, and you will assist managers in the division's management teams with tasks such as coding invoices, ensuring correct approvals, and conducting statistical follow-ups. You will collaborate with and serve as a contact person for other departments both internally and externally. The division and the entire Försäkringskassan are in constant motion, so it is important that you enjoy change, are flexible, and want to contribute to the ongoing work in your role. This is a job for those who want to take responsibility. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has a high school diploma or equivalent experience and qualifications. - Has experience working in an administrative role involving coordination or operational projects with a focus on high service. - Has experience providing support to managers in larger organizations. - Has experience working with senior management. - Has a systematic and meticulous work approach. - Collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals. - Has good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results. - Is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations. - Quickly identifies problems and resolves them appropriately. **It is advantageous if you:** - Have experience from Försäkringskassan's operations. - Have a university or college education. - Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. - Have experience in written communication. - Have experience in IT operations. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. **Other Information** This is a permanent, full-time position, with a start date to be agreed upon. A probationary period may be applicable.
