About this role

We warmly welcome your application to our HR department! Your role with us The tasks consist of administration in several different areas such as HR, archives, communication, and finance. You will be responsible for the administration related to training, anniversary gifts, as well as coordination and administration concerning the municipality's work environment award. Monitoring of employment protection legislation (LAS) and coordination of internships will also be included, along with being the web editor for HR's information on the intranet. You will administer meeting invitations and minutes, as well as manage orders and invoice handling. You will be responsible for the personnel archive of the municipal executive office, including the associated document management plan, and handle requests and disclosures of public documents. As an administrator, you will support the HR department at the municipal executive office both internally and in cross-municipal areas. Who are we looking for? You who are applying should have approved grades from high school. We want you to have several years of well-regarded experience in administrative tasks. You have experience in streamlining and quality assuring processes. It is advantageous if you have experience in archiving and document management as well as knowledge of public access and confidentiality. Naturally, you effectively use digital tools such as the Office suite and AI as a natural part of your work. We want learning to be second nature for you to be effective in your work, and that you easily adapt to new systems, working methods, and tools. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, which means you are good at interacting with the people you meet and have the ability to identify the needs present in the organization. To succeed in this role, you need to be attentive and meticulous. You should also possess initiative, be efficient, and solve problems. You are a person capable of maintaining structure and order in your work and can independently plan, organize, and complete your tasks. About us The position belongs to the HR unit at the municipal executive office. Within the HR unit, there is a team that works operationally with the leaders of the municipal executive office and another that works strategically with the administrations across the municipality. We are 10 employees working in the HR unit. In addition to the HR unit, the HR department also includes the payroll unit and the work environment unit, our integrated occupational health service. The municipal executive office is responsible for strategically leading, coordinating, and developing the municipality's operations. This includes functions such as finance, HR, IT, communication, citizen center, business, tourism, and shared services. With our approximately 700 dedicated employees, we operate under the leadership of the municipal council to create positive development for everyone in our municipality.
