We are now looking for an engaged and communicative administrator for Vattenfall in Trollhättan. The Technical Investigation team consists of 19 employees across six different locations in the country, but this role requires office presence in Trollhättan.
About the position
As an Administrator responsible for customer advisory within Technical Investigation, you will play a central role in our work with technical matters. Your main responsibilities will include ordering and managing tree monitoring services as well as technical monitoring services. You will also work with utility guidance cases and smaller investigation matters.
The role involves daily contact with both internal and external customers, which places high demands on service orientation, structure, and communication skills.

- Order and administer tree monitoring services and technical monitoring services
- Manage utility guidance cases and smaller technical investigations
- Customer contact and advisory via phone and email
- Documentation and follow-up in internal systems (SAP)
- Collaboration with colleagues in technical and administrative functions
Who are you?
Qualifications
- At least a high school education
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good communication skills and service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with customer dialogues and administrative work
Meritorious
- Experience working in SAP (preferably SAP PM)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with challenging customer dialogues and problem-solving
