About this role

**Job Responsibilities** Are you our new Accounting Administrator? We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven administrator in accounting with a focus on accounts payable for the procurement and purchasing unit within the finance department. With us, you will have the opportunity to play a central role in the unit's ongoing work and develop alongside your colleagues. As an accounting administrator, you will participate in the daily operations of accounts payable as well as VAT, subscriptions, approvals, delegations, setup and closure of responsibilities, permissions in pre-systems, cases in ServiceNow, mail handling, reminders, enforcement cases, and cases from the Swedish Social Insurance Agency. You will also participate in the development work within the finance area alongside your colleagues. The procurement and purchasing unit provides support and quality assurance for all processes within accounts payable in the purchasing and procurement system Proceedo. We work to build an efficient and legally secure unit in close collaboration with colleagues in the unit as well as with the finance and administrative units of the administrations. Today, the unit consists of 21 employees, including one accounting economist, one administrator for accounts payable, fifteen purchasing administrators, three procurement officers, and one contract controller. Together, the unit works to create a centralized and coordinated purchasing and procurement unit where quality and development go hand in hand. **Qualifications** We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of education in accounting from a vocational college or equivalent education with a focus on accounting. You have experience in administrative accounting work, preferably within the public sector. A requirement is also that you have prior experience with IT business systems as well as Microsoft Excel. It is advantageous if you have previous work experience within accounts payable processes. It is also beneficial if you have prior experience with the business systems: Unit4 Agresso, Proceedo, Nekksus/Hypergene, as well as the Office suite. You can effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem and suggest possible solutions. You have the ability to see connections and can draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information. You can overview your own area of responsibility and place your own operations' significance in a larger context. You are committed to ensuring that your work is performed accurately and thoroughly, leaving nothing to chance. You have the ability to focus on details. You check and follow up on your work to ensure it maintains a high quality. You act independently based on what the situation requires without needing support from others. You have the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of your assignment. You establish clear goals and plan activities and projects well in advance. You use your time effectively and work systematically, organized, and methodically. **Other** Selection and interviews may begin during the application period.
