Åre Municipality is a Sámi administrative municipality, and we welcome applicants who have linguistic and cultural knowledge of Sámi. **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Department of Individual and Family Care (IFO) is currently looking for our new administrator who wants to help develop the work in the department alongside wonderful colleagues. IFO consists of 5 units where we provide support and service to the municipality's residents. In the role of administrator, you will support the department's units with various administrative tasks such as managing contracts, accounting, invoicing, procurement coordination, document management, and archiving. You will also be the first point of contact as you receive visitors and incoming calls. A central part of the administrator's role is that you enjoy being helpful, are proactive, appreciate working in various administrative systems, and have a continuous desire to develop the work. **QUALIFICATIONS** You have education relevant to the position; it is advantageous if your education is focused on administration, personnel, organization, or public administration. Alternatively, you may have other education or experience that the employer deems equivalent. Experience in administrative work within a politically governed organization or another setting where you have worked with similar tasks is advantageous, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and its programs, such as Word and Excel. We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, structured, organized, has a good demeanor, and possesses strong communication skills. You express yourself well in both speech and writing, have service ingrained in you, and demonstrate good administrative abilities. In this role, it is important that you can work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks. It is also essential that you are good at building positive relationships and have strong collaboration skills. You should also feel comfortable meeting people in crisis.
