RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role of administrator, you will work with a wide range of administrative tasks that are essential for daily operations. You will be responsible for personnel administration, staffing, scheduling, vacation planning, and the onboarding of new employees. You will handle invoices, purchases, and provide ongoing support to the unit manager with operational tasks.
The job requires independence and good collaboration skills as you will be part of a team with staff, the unit manager, other professionals, and administrators who together support several unit managers.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who thrives in a varied and service-oriented administrative role. As a person, you are structured, responsible, and service-minded with a strong ability to collaborate.
You have an education in administration or economics, or another relevant qualification at the upper secondary or post-secondary level that is deemed equivalent. Previous experience in administrative work, preferably within healthcare and social services, is an advantage.
You need to have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Experience with systems such as Medvind, Personec, and Visma is considered a plus.
