The position
We are looking for a System Owner who will play a key role in shaping how we manage and develop our internal systems. Working closely with your team, you will contribute to building a unified system management approach that delivers stability, reliability, and strong governance. You will take ownership of several internal systems, including those for document and print management, as well as HR and finance.
You will be part of IT Production Services, an organization responsible for managing and supporting our internal systems and users. IT Production Services consists of our helpdesk, system owners, and technical specialists within the O365 suite. As part of this organization, you will work in a dedicated team of four colleagues responsible for managing and developing multiple internal systems, as well as supporting some external solutions. The team collaborates across locations in Linköping, Stockholm, and Sri Lanka, giving you the opportunity to work in an international environment.
The day to day tasks consists mainly of:
• Oversee the ongoing design and drive the deployment of new features and system maintenance to ensure business requirements are met. Manage testing and implementation of version upgrades and integrations.
• Act as a consultative partner to business users and functional leaders, continuously identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the organization in streamlining processes through our systems.
• Lead training sessions for new workers and oversee the development and maintenance of training materials.
• Serve as Security Administrator, responsible for managing permissions and visibility settings.

About you
To thrive in this role, you are a communicative and collaborative person with a genuine interest in technology and how systems work. You enjoy working in an environment built on teamwork, primarily with internal colleagues, but you are also comfortable engaging with external stakeholders.
You have the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions in close collaboration with our system providers. You are confident in adapting your communication style depending on your audience and can build strong relationships across the organization.

Requirements
• Experience from a similair role within system administration or application management.
• Experience in managing IT projects
• Good understanding of integrations, access management, and end-to-end product workflows
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It's a bonus if you have
• Previous experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, or similar).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
• Understanding of ITIL processes or similar frameworks.
Additional information:
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
