What you’ll do
• Lead service at the pass—timing, quality, communication.
• Own prep systems, mise en place, and station standards.
• Train new team members; lead sharp, efficient briefings.
• Support stock/ordering, control waste, watch costs.
• Keep HACCP/food safety spotless; ace audits.
• Pre-opening: equipment checks, recipe cards, menu run-throughs.
