Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Define, configure, and validate the test environment for electrical systems according to component interfaces and expected system behavior.
• Integrate, verify, and validate electrical systems as part of a cross-functional technical team.
• Execute tests based on a predefined test scope, plans, and directives, ensuring accurate interpretation of requirements and instructions.
• Analyze system performance and test results, applying engineering judgment to identify deviations, draw conclusions, and propose corrective actions.
• Resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring readiness and quality before system or component release.
• Ensure adherence to established methods, expected inputs, outputs, and documentation standards throughout the verification process.
• Take operational responsibility for daily test activities and the team’s delivery within the assigned scope.
• Lead system engineering tasks within the team, driving high-quality verification outcomes and supporting continuous improvement.
• Contribute as a specialist in System Verification Engineering, providing advanced technical insight and influencing engineering decisions across the organization.
• Support competence development within the team by sharing expertise, coaching colleagues, and promoting best practices.
• Actively influence and collaborate across the network to secure alignment, knowledge sharing, and technical consistency.
• Demonstrate measurable value creation beyond the immediate team through innovation, problem-solving, and cross-functional engagement.
What you bring:
• Minimum 8 years of experience in system verification engineering within the automotive or related electrical systems domain.
• Strong competence in electrical system integration, verification, validation, and test execution.
• Proven ability to interpret component interfaces, system behavior, and test requirements in complex product environments.
• Experience analyzing test results, identifying root causes, and defining corrective actions.
• Solid understanding of test environments, test methods, and structured verification processes.
• Ability to lead engineering activities within a technical team and drive high-quality outcomes.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, mentor, and support team members’ development.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizational boundaries.
