Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Leader – Power Electronics to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead the definition, performance, quality and evolution of 24 VDC and 230 VAC power systems.
• Own and drive system definition, requirement documentation and alignment in collaboration with EEVC component owners and surrounding system engineering teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer by translating customer needs and business use cases into clear technical requirements.
• Coordinate and lead system engineering activities across the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment and efficient execution.
• Manage system boundaries, interfaces and handshaking requirements towards neighboring systems.
• Continuously collect, update and compile system requirements and constraints, ensuring accurate and up-to-date system documentation.
• Collaborate with function owners to analyze system impacts and translate them into requirement updates.
• Support and lead component owners to ensure system performance, quality and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead PMRs in close partnership with component owners when required.
• Contribute to product strategy, component evaluation and supplier recommendation activities within electrical and electronics engineering.
What you bring:
• A strong background in system engineering and power electronics, with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in requirements management, system documentation and complex system definition.
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in fast-changing, cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide and coordinate engineering teams across organizational boundaries.
• Experience with 230 VAC systems is highly appreciated.
• Ability to collaborate with suppliers, evaluate components and contribute to product strategy roadmaps.
• A solid T-shaped engineering profile with broad technical capability and definable expertise in electrical and electronics engineering.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and create business value beyond the immediate area of responsibility
