Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Architect (Automotive Android Platform) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Define and maintain the overall software architecture for advanced automotive infotainment ECUs.
• Ensure seamless integration between hardware drivers, the Linux kernel, and Android/AOSP platform layers.
• Support cross-functional technical discussions and guide decision-making across hardware, Android platform, system engineering, and validation teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with automotive standards, quality requirements, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align software architecture with customer requirements and project objectives.
• Provide architectural leadership in Android OS upgrade initiatives, ensuring platform scalability, compatibility, and long-term maintainability.
• Mentor development teams and promote knowledge sharing on architectural patterns, principles, and best practices.
What you bring:
• Proven experience as a Software Architect within embedded systems or the automotive domain.
• Deep understanding of Android/AOSP internals and Linux kernel architecture.
• Strong knowledge of automotive interfaces and communication protocols such as GMSL, Ethernet, and FPD-Link.
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and C/C++, with Python experience considered an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and system integration in complex embedded environments.
• Hands-on experience with Android OS upgrades, platform migrations, and large-scale infotainment systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and technical alignment
