Role Overview
As part of its next phase of strategic growth, nWise is recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to join the Sales & Marketing function in Uppsala. This is a senior, high-impact role with accountability for driving the company’s national and international expansion.
Your role as Senior Sales Executive will involve driving new business, developing and maintaining existing customers in collaboration with the sales team and CSM, reporting to our Head of Sales. Responsibilities include prospecting new markets and customers. Managing the entire sales cycle, ensuring partners deliver desired results.
Your tasks would include leading the company's RFI/RFP process, presentations at international conferences, including achieving and exceeding sales target and KPI’s. The work involves some travel within Europe and North America.

Your genuine interest in technology drives your curiosity and productivity. You spot opportunities in what lies ahead, take a hands-on approach, and readily propose improvements. With a background in B2B and experience in complex technical environments, you are social, communicative, and customer-focused, able to engage effectively with clients across multiple channels.
Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is essential. The role requires experience in a similar position, including working with sales channel partners in an international setting.
Qualifications:
• Experienced in B2B sales of complex technical solutions within IT, Telecom or related sectors (solutions sales rather than products sales)
• Possess experience in public procurement and the sale of solutions to government or public-sector organizations.
• Proven capability to manage the entire sales cycle independently, from prospecting and consultative client engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
• Maintain a strong track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Combine customer-centricity with commercial acumen, delivering measurable value to clients and the organization.
• Communicate with clarity, influence, and executive presence, engaging effectively with decision-makers, technical specialists, and cross-functional teams.
• Possess prior experience in account management, building, maintaining, and expanding long-term client relationships.
• Apply strategic thinking and sales planning, including the development and execution of direct and indirect channel strategies.
