Senior Project Manager

Assignment description We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead manufacturing investment and industrialization projects within a large industrial organization. The role covers all project phases — from pre-study, RFQ and procurement to FAT/SAT, process validation, and handover to the production line organization. You will join during a critical phase to establish and initiate a new investment project, providing structure, leadership, and momentum. The position is an interim role to bridge an ongoing recruitment process. Your main Responsibilities: • Lead manufacturing investment/industrialization projects through pre-study, RFQ, procurement, FAT/SAT, and process validation phases • Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Manage project budget, scope, and risk in alignment with organizational objectives • Conduct supplier evaluations, manage contracts, and lead commercial negotiations • Coordinate cross-functional teams across production, engineering, and procurement • Secure handover of validated processes to the line organization Required Competence and Experience: • Proven experience in manufacturing or industrialization projects, preferably related to high-precision CNC, milling, turning, and drilling equipment • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills • Experience in commercial project management, including contract setup and supplier negotiation • Experience working with SAP is an advantage • Solid leadership skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments • Personal Characteristics • Results-oriented and structured with a hands-on approach • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Capable of driving collaboration and engagement in cross-functional teams • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • Your Profile: • Results-oriented and structured with a hands-on approach • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Capable of driving collaboration and engagement in cross-functional teams • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset • About the assignment: Location: Västerås Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week Start date: 2025-12-01 End date: 2026-06-30 • Application Deadline-15th Nov Required skills CNC IAT/FAT/SAT Agile Senior Project Manager SAP RFQLanguages Swedish(Proficient) English(Proficient)
