Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Data Harmonization & Asset Information Governance to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
• Lead a large-scale initiative to harmonize spare parts and asset data across multiple business areas within a global industrial organization.
• Drive the development of common data standards, governance frameworks and unified processes for asset and spare parts information.
• Oversee the design and implementation of a shared data warehouse supporting a significant and diverse asset portfolio.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle—from early concept and scoping through design, development, migration, and final implementation.
• Coordinate development of standardized data models and ensure alignment across business and IT stakeholders.
• Lead data migration activities and ensure smooth adoption of new data structures, systems, and workflows.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business needs, IT capabilities and governance requirements.
• Drive change management efforts, communication, training and stakeholder engagement to support successful rollout and long-term adoption.
• Assess cybersecurity risks and integrate security and compliance considerations throughout the project.
What you bring:
• Senior-level experience as a Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex IT and data-driven projects.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong domain knowledge in asset management and spare parts information management.
• Proven ability to manage large, diverse stakeholder landscapes in global or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong facilitation, communication and change management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across technical and business functions.
• Experience with application development and implementation methodologies.
• Cybersecurity-oriented mindset, with experience leading or participating in risk assessments and compliance activities.
• Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
