We are now looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Group HR, People Attraction and Development team in Lund and contribute to our success journey forward!
WHO IS YOUR FUTURE TEAM?
You will be a part of my team within Group HR that consists of several areas: Employer Branding, Recruitment, Social Sustainability and Learning & Development. Together with us, you will play a key role in attracting and engaging our future candidates on a global level.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll be one of our functional leads, always at the forefront of driving constant development of our recruitment process, digitalization, and managing projects that make a real impact. You'll collaborate with passionate colleagues in Group HR and across the global Axis organization to continuously improve how we attract and hire people in line with our values and future need for competencies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO HERE AS A RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST AT GROUP HR:
In this role, you will take responsibility for defining, developing, and driving recruitment practices and processes on a global level. You'll work in a multicultural environment and in close cooperation with stakeholders across Axis. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and leading, collaborating broadly, and has the patience to create real change.
In addition, you will:

Lead and participate in global recruitment development projects and initiatives

Drive improvements in candidate and hiring manager experience globally
*
Contribute to the digitalization and simplification of our recruitment process, balancing efficiency and human interaction as well as use of systems and data privacy
*
Collaborate with local recruitment teams worldwide to bring together perspectives and strengthen our ways of working
*
Act as a speaking partner to our stakeholders, bringing expertise and new ideas to the table to help drive our business agenda forward.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE:

A degree in Human Resources or equivalent
*
At least 10 years of recruitment experience including hands-on recruitment
*
Experience in leading development of recruitment process and projects
*
Experience in working cross-culturally and with stakeholders in a global context with multiple geographical regions
*
Experience with HR recruitment systems (preferably Workday)
*
Experience with implementation of other recruitment digital tools & AI
*
Experience with Employer Branding activities
*
Fluent written and verbal English and Swedish
