As Recruitment Operations Expert, you will lead the planning, strategy, business, execution, and implementation of Talent Acquisition processes and tools for the group. Act as a subject matter expert in the optimization of Talent Acquisition operations globally and across all personas.
Key Responsibilities
• Process ownership: Lead and improve one or multiple Talent Acquisition processes from identifying global business needs to implementing and sustaining solutions.
• Initiative planning & delivery: Structure and coordinate initiatives by creating roadmaps, tracking milestones, and ensuring progress against agreed outcomes.
• Governance & compliance: Safeguard consistency, quality, and compliance of TA processes, tools, and Employer Brand standards across regions.
• Technology enablement: Define business needs, conduct user acceptance testing, and collaborate with product and HRIS teams to ensure recruitment tools are effective, user-friendly, and continuously optimized.
• Change & adoption: Guide recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues through changes with clear communication, training, and stakeholder alignment.
• Data & insights: Monitor adoption and effectiveness of processes and tools, sharing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Knowledge sharing: Maintain documentation, guidelines, and playbooks to enable consistency and scalability across the organization.
Requirements
• Recruitment Domain Knowledge: Possesses rich knowledge of recruitment practices, principles and operations. Can drive strategy based on industry trends, current research, and knowledge of recruitment technologies. Deeply understands the hiring manager, recruiter, and candidate experiences.
• Project Management: Can identify business needs, plan, execute, and report on global recruitment initiatives. Delivers a high level of accountability and ownership over project delivery and incorporates feedback effectively.
• Navigating global complexity: can work with a variety of stakeholders in a global context. Can work comfortably in sequencing projects across multiple global markets.
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with HR systems and analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar), with deep knowledge in recruitment tooling (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, Recruitment Assessments, or similar.)
