About this Opportunity:
We are looking for 1-2 new developers to join our team within Radio & Transport Engineering (RTE). RTE is part of business area Networks and covers end-to-end development of Radio and Transport products - including Silicon and ASIC, Software Development, Product Integration, and Network Analytics.
As a Radio Algorithm Developer you will join a high-performing team focused on developing next-generation algorithms for customers and radio platforms, with emphasis on performance, value, quality, and cost. The role involves daily collaboration in a flexible and collaborative environment, early research and product development, and end-to-end work with customers through field trials. Innovation and teamwork are valued.

What you will do:
* Join a cross-functional team working on algorithms and architecture for next-generation Silicon/ASIC and software solutions, bringing a problem-solving and can-do attitude.
* Perform algorithm and early software development with a focus on shortening time-to-market using a shift-left approach.
* Contribute from pre-development and research to product realization in ASIC and radio.
* Bring learnings from network trials into development flows with a data-driven strategy aimed at technology leadership.
Foster a speak-up and collaborative environment.
The skills you bring:
* Master’s or PhD degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, physics, telecommunications engineering, embedded systems, or similar).
* Experience in algorithm and software development.
* Interest in functional systemization of algorithms and software.
* Experience or interest in ML/AI with an open mindset and critical thinking to identify opportunities.
* Can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new skills and areas.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
* Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
* Interest and ability to work with large datasets to visualize impact and translate complex problems and system impact into technical and business strategies us an advantage.
