About the role:
As a Lead Process Owner you will oversee multiple processes and ensure alignment across departments, while at the same time you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. Process owner is required to be hands-on in how the processes owned work across the systems from different product areas.
Main areas of responsibility:
Leadership and People Management:
• Provide leadership to process owners and act as a mentor to ensure consistent application of best practices. Manage a resource plan for process owners based on business priorities and help to assign different process owners to key prioritized activities to ensure a shared workload across the full team.
• Provide guidance to engineering and commercial teams on process-related matters and foster a culture of process excellence.
• Business Relationship: Mirror Key Users in the CAs and responsible for running KU forums. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Engineering Relationship: Work with technical teams to ensure processes are supported by appropriate tools and systems.
• Delivery Relationship: Ensure processes facilitate smooth delivery of product features across the product areas.
• Delivery: Monitor process performance, business adoption and business & tech KPIs to implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Backlog Management: Consolidate the Backlog for the process across multiple product areas. Manage process-related tasks and prioritize improvements based on business impact. Facilitates the cross-process collaboration on the backlogs vertically and horizontally. Prioritize process improvement initiatives across the whole domain.
• Roadmap Management: Develop a roadmap for process enhancements to support organizational goals.
• Process Adoption: Create and update process documentation. Support commercial counterparts centrally and locally to drive adoption of standardized processes across the organization. Lead efforts to standardize and scale process adoption across the whole domain. Manage the community of practice for process documentation and adoption.
Who you are:
• 8-10+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in managing people
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of product development and design principles
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science, engineering)
