OM TJÄNSTEN As a Product Quality Specialist, you will ensure product excellence for Handheld Accessories, Battery & Chargers. You'll lead global quality improvements, collaborating with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to analyze issues and implement solutions. This role drives continuous product innovation and supports our global After Sales organization. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Work tasks This role involves supporting global markets with product expertise, managing quality improvement requests, collaborating with R&D and manufacturing, and analyzing warranty data to drive continuous product enhancement. * Support the market with product knowledge of Handheld Accessories, Battery & Chargers products. * Act as a single point of contact for product related quality improvements raised globally. * Receive, analyze, and inform about short-term and long-term solutions for improvement requests. * Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and suppliers to analyze identified problems. * Feedback identified issues into new development projects and prioritize product improvements. VI SÖKER DIG SOM - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (e.g., Product Development) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Interest in technology - Ability to speak freely in front of medium-sized audiences - Fluent in English, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have - Swedish, German, or French language skills - Highly organized and ability to manage several projects - Experience from a role within Customer Support (or similar) - Knowledge in quality tools like FMEA, Six Sigma, or 8D - Strong personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) To succeed in the role, your personal skills are: - Supportive - Social - Responsible Our recruitment process This recruitment process is handled by Academic Work and it is our client’s wish that all questions regarding the position is directed to Academic Work.
