Role Summary Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our global team within the Motion Control domain. The unit works as an enablement team for the complete domain, supporting over 500 employees working with electrics, electronics, software, and vehicle functions. The units responsibility includes project management, safety management, cyber security management, and business development. Our team consists of 13 employees, and is dedicated to lead the product development for Motion Control in the most efficient way possible. As manager for Projects, Safety & Security, you are a part of the Motion Control Enablement management team and are working closely with all management teams within the domain. Your tasks As a manager you will be a servant leader, you will foster collaboration and communication within the unit, which includes members based in Sweden and Germany. As a manager, you will oversee the following areas that the team is responsible for: • Lead projects for development of both hardware and software components. Being the cross-functional connection in an agile work environment. • Creation and implementation of safety plans and procedures for functional safety and ISO26262 compliance. • Development and maintaining cyber security procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance for motion control systems. • Improve business processes and method development across the motion control domain. Your profile You have experience in leading diverse teams and complex projects. You possess expertise in one or more of the following areas: project management, safety management, cyber security or business development. You have exceptional leadership and communication skills and thrive in a global environment. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish or German is a plus. You are structured and analytical, accustomed to working towards goals with a high capacity for delivery.
