The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Documentation Management Process Specialist to proactively lead and enhance documentation practices across our HVDC projects. In this strategic role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure documentation delivery meets project milestones, while promoting process adherence and quality throughout the organization.
You will act as a trusted advisor to project teams, confidently guiding them through documentation standards and customer requirements. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you’ll maintain and evolve our documentation instructions, support internal suppliers, and contribute to global process alignment. Your expertise will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC standards and driving operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Provide expert guidance to HVDC project teams on documentation processes to ensure smooth and compliant delivery to customers.
• Take ownership of maintaining and updating documentation standards, ensuring consistency across global projects.
• Lead assessments and audits related to ISO/IEC standards, supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• Roll out documentation processes globally and ensure they are understood and followed across all relevant functions.
• Monitor and report on documentation process adherence to drive improvements and support project success.
• Keep documentation instructions, charts, and standards current and aligned with evolving business needs.
• Deliver training and coaching to teams to strengthen their understanding of documentation systems and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a culture of continuous development.
Your Background
• You are a structured, driven, and curious professional with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable leading large meetings and presenting to diverse audiences with confidence and clarity.
• You hold a university degree in a relevant field and have equivalent experience, along with 2–5 years working in process and quality management, ideally in a technical or project-based environment.
• Have solid knowledge of ISO/IEC standards; experience in standardization work is considered a plus.
• Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher), with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.
• Experienced in using document management systems to support structured workflows and documentation control.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, with additional languages seen as an advantage in a global setting.
