The position
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and be part of shaping the future of the e-health market. You will be part of the Customer Delivery organization, report to the Head of Customer Success, and work in a team that is collaborative, supportive, and characterized by a proactive mindset and a culture of openness and shared responsibility.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, managing operational maintenance and support, and helping them utilize our portfolio effectively. You will take full ownership of the customer relationship from a delivery perspective – from understanding contractual commitments and business needs to ensuring delivery accountability and managing revenue follow-up.
A key part of the role is to be responsible for our customers Region Stockholm and Region Gotland, who will implement our EHR system Cosmic by 2029. You will have an important role in our long-term implementation project, giving you a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the largest transformation journeys in swedish healthcare. Your role will be crucial in creating customer value by developing and maintaining strong, productive, and profitable relationships, evolving them into long-term partnerships that drive mutual success.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Managing ongoing communication with customers, addressing operational needs, setting plans and gathering feedback.
• Keeping up to date with what parts of the Cambio portfolio your customers use, as well as changes in our products that may affect them.
• Identifying and following up on new business opportunities, including upselling and training needs.
• Taking responsibility for customer invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders such as Delivery, Sales, Product, and Tech to ensure successful deliveries.
• Contributing to the continuous development of our operations, processes, and ways of working by sharing insights and actively participating in change initiatives.

Requirements
• Experience from a similar role, combined with solid experience working with healthcare or the public sector.
• Proven track record of managing customer accounts, translating needs into customer value and growth, and building long-term, profitable customer relationships.
• Experience in working with contract management, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue follow-up processes.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills, with experience in delivery project leadership or system implementation regarded as a strong advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Have experience from the e-health sector or similar industries.
• Have worked with Cambio’s product and service portfolio.

Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office
Other:Regular travel to customer sites is required as part of the role.
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
