The Role
• Run prep to plating across lunch & dinner with pace and precision
• Keep a sharp station: mise, cleanliness, waste control
• Communicate clearly on the pass; lift the team every shift
• Contribute ideas to tastings and pre-opening menu builds
You
• Quality-obsessed, calm under pressure, guest-focused
• Solid pro-kitchen experience (Italian a plus; curiosity a must)
• Team player with positive energy and high standards
