About the Position
As a service technician, you will work with maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repairs of Caterpillar's product range of engines and generator sets. Our customers are in the industrial, marine, and power segments, and you will primarily work on-site with customers.
You will be based from home but report to our depot in Gävle.
Your Background:
• Expertise in service and maintenance of similar product programs
• Several years of experience as a service technician
• Knowledge of engine/generator design and function
• Technical high school or equivalent
• Good computer skills
• Good Swedish and English skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license (B-class) is required
• Electrical knowledge is required
Experience with automation and control system management is advantageous.
