We offer an exciting and challenging job in an international organization within a unique industry and with one of the world's largest and most well-known brands, Caterpillar.
Your New Job
As an inspector, you will have the opportunity to work on preventive maintenance for Caterpillar's largest mining machines. This includes tasks such as inspecting trucks and wheel loaders, and monitoring machine condition through regular field/workshop inspections and via our systems.
You will be part of a team working together to provide the best service to our customer. The location is Aitik, and you will work in the truck workshop within the mining area. Working hours are 7/7 shift, daytime from 06:00 - 16:00.
Your Experience
Experience working as a mechanic or similar is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you have a strong interest in machines and how they function. High school education with a technical focus is considered a merit. We also view experience working with larger machines or inspection work in another industry as advantageous.
You need to have Swedish language skills, both verbal and written. You also need English language skills, as troubleshooting and service literature are in English. Since computers are extensively used in the work, you need computer literacy and an interest in using technical tools.
B driver's license is required.
Great Importance Will Be Placed on Your Personal Qualities
You are meticulous and have good collaborative abilities, which is important as you will be part of a team of mechanics. You enjoy solving problems and have an eye for detail. Good service is important to you, and you can see what needs to be done independently. You always want to deliver to the customer with high quality, and with your interest in machines, you have a desire to learn new things.
