Job Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will primarily involve taking minutes during the oral hearings at the district court. Additionally, there is an opportunity to prepare cases and matters under supervision, conduct legal research, address both practical and procedural questions, and draft proposals for judgments and decisions.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
-is a full-time student in the law program.
-has completed approved studies equivalent to 60 higher education credits, including criminal law and procedural law, but has not yet started a doctoral program or completed your studies.
We expect you to have a very good command of the Swedish language and to have good grades from the completed parts of your legal education. Other important qualities include attention to detail, analytical ability, and the capacity to organize and plan your work. You can work independently but also collaborate easily.
To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you uphold democratic values and the governmental values that guide the operations of the Swedish Courts. We require compliance with applicable laws. Therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities.

Employment Terms
We are seeking one or more student assistants. The employment is within the framework of the student assistant agreement, which means that the position is part-time and time-limited (26-01-19 - 26-06-07).
