About the Role
As a teacher, you will instruct both theoretical and practical components in electrical technology and installation. The position includes securing work placement locations and guiding students during their workplace-based learning. You will also develop and adapt teaching materials to meet student needs and ensure instruction follows current regulations from both industry and the school authority. You won't do this alone but will be part of a team in Norrköping and across Sweden, together creating an education to be proud of.
In addition to the vocational teacher role, there is an opportunity to receive a responsibility supplement as a team leader for both Electrical Education and the work unit. In this role, you will work with school management on education development and structure. Together, you will have overall responsibility for work placements, quality work, and collaboration with companies and industry.
We Are Seeking Someone Who:
• Has B-authorization and/or AI-authorization as an electrician
• Has strong Swedish language skills and the ability to communicate, inspire, and motivate
• Has a vocational teacher degree or previous educational experience
• Has prior experience in leadership, such as work placement responsibility or team leadership
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an electrician
