Vocational Teacher for Vehicle and Transport Program, Transport Specialization Job Responsibilities Plan, implement, and follow up on teaching and serve as a mentor, which includes responsibility for conducting development conversations and following up on students. Collaboration with other teachers in both the program team and subject group is essential. Procurement of work-based learning placements, following up and further developing work-based learning with students, and guiding and monitoring graduation projects. Responsibility for materials and teaching facilities is part of the assignment. The teaching role requires confident leadership where you engage, challenge, are creative, and have a good approach. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a vocational teaching degree in Transport specialization. The ideal candidate has professional experience from the trucking/transport industry. You will teach Vehicle and Transport Program, Transport specialization in years 2 and 3. You have knowledge and experience working with crane, forklift, wheel loader, ADR, and hazardous goods. Basic computer skills are also meritorious, as we work with a one-to-one concept where all students use computers as a learning tool. We place great emphasis on personality, interest in pedagogy, and willingness to work with and for young people. The position is primarily located at our facility in Viared.
