JOB DESCRIPTION In the role of vocational teacher, you will primarily teach students in the vocational training program for Health and Care. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and documenting instruction based on the individual needs and circumstances of the students, with the goal of enabling them to acquire knowledge to work as nursing assistants after completing their education. You will collaborate with other staff to achieve the program's goals and continuously evaluate and analyze the conducted instruction as part of the systematic quality work. Together with your colleagues, you will develop the subject and adapt the teaching based on the students' needs. We utilize G Suite and a digital exam platform as pedagogical support and communication tools with the students. Teaching primarily takes place on campus, but distance education is also available. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements for the position: • Vocational teacher qualification in Health and Care • Professional experience in health and care within regional and/or municipal operations • Comfortable using technical aids and digital learning platforms Meritorious: • Experience working with adult learning In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility and independently structuring their work.
