Job Responsibilities As a vocational teacher, you will work to help students develop their full potential—both academically and socially. You will support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual circumstances, preparing them for their upcoming professional roles. Your responsibilities include planning, teaching, assessment, as well as evaluating and developing the educational activities in accordance with the school's governing documents. Qualifications Requirements: • Primarily a vocational teacher education with qualifications to teach core subjects in the electrical and energy program, or other education deemed relevant for the position • Several years of professional experience in the electrical and energy industry • Excellent subject knowledge • Experience using digital tools for communication and pedagogy • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Experience in teaching or educational work, preferably at the upper secondary school level • Experience as a leading installer and/or supervisor • Experience working with youth We are looking for someone who is confident in the vocational teacher role and creates favorable conditions for students' learning and development.
