Job Responsibilities As a vocational teacher, you will work to help students develop their full potential—both academically and socially. You will support, motivate, and stimulate each student to meet the knowledge requirements based on their individual circumstances, preparing them for their future professional roles. Your responsibilities include planning, teaching, assessing, and evaluating the educational activities in accordance with the school's governing documents. Qualifications Requirements: • Vocational teacher training with eligibility to teach vocational subjects in the nursing and care program, or a higher education degree (at least 180 credits) that the employer deems relevant • Several years of experience in the profession, e.g., having worked as a nurse in healthcare • Familiarity with using digital tools for communication and pedagogy • Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious: • Eligibility to teach other subjects • Previous teaching experience • Experience with simulation activities • Knowledge in welfare technology.
