Professional VET (Vocational Education and Training) Teacher - HVAC Specialization
About the Role
We are seeking a candidate who:
• Holds a professional certification as an HVAC technician with several years of industry experience
• Preferably has experience teaching adult learners
• Is passionate about their profession and wants to share knowledge and professional pride
• Can adapt teaching to individual participant needs
• Has the competence to explain theories and guide practical assignments
• Is proficient with digital tools
You must be able to handle digital tools for documentation and follow-up, and be comfortable communicating with employers during workplace training. Experience with Excel is advantageous.
A teaching certification or other pedagogical experience is beneficial. We place significant emphasis on personal qualities.
