About the Position
The position primarily involves material processing, both manually and mechanically, inspection and control of manufactured products, and basic welding. Other workshop tasks are also included in the role.
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics
We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma in industry or technology, or at least 6 months of professional experience in workshop/industrial/technical settings.
You need to have a good ability to work in a group, as you will work together with others in your team and potentially in other groups depending on current workforce needs.
To succeed in the role, it is important that you are meticulous and take responsibility for following guidelines and procedures, primarily to work safely and to handle the company's materials correctly. The work is mobile but requires low physical effort as aids are used for tasks involving material movement.
Merits
Experience working in the Monitor business system is advantageous. Blueprint reading, forklift, and overhead crane certifications are also considered merits.
Practical Details
The position is a full-time role located in Ljungaverk, with initial working hours of 07:00-16:00, though shift work may be applied. We are affiliated with the Technology Companies association, and the IF Metall collective agreement applies to this position.
