Warranty Analyst (Logisnext Sweden) (Note: In this case, the job title remains almost identical in English, as it uses mostly English terminology already.)

Do You Want to Work with Technology and Problem-Solving with Others? As a Warranty Analyst with us, you are a key person in ensuring that warranty cases are handled correctly and efficiently. You will have daily contact with Service Technicians and Service Managers, and will be responsible for driving cases forward in our IT system. The role also involves handling returned spare parts, creating claims, and ensuring we receive compensation where possible. You will also support the Spare Parts team as needed. This is an independent and communicative role that suits someone who likes taking responsibility, driving processes forward, and collaborating with different functions within the organization. What You Will Do In this role, you will work on receiving warranty cases from technicians, communicating with Service Managers and Service Technicians, registering and following up on cases in our IT systems, managing returned spare parts (up to 90 months), creating claims and ensuring reimbursement, and supporting the spare parts team when needed. What We Believe You Can Do • Have experience from the industrial/automotive industry or a similar technical environment • Are comfortable working administratively • Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English • Have an interest in technology and machinery and understand technical language • Are adept at searching for information and solving problems independently Who You Are To succeed in the role, you must be independent, outgoing, and communicative.
