That’s the atmosphere we’ve just created at Fältöversten in Karlaplan with Trattoria Giorgio’s, a new Italian living room in the heart of Östermalm.
Here, Italian passion, community, and modern energy meet historic elegance and timeless design. The rooms exude warmth and presence, a place where dinners stretch late into the evening and the love for authentic Mediterranean cuisine is always at the center. Trattoria Giorgio’s is part of Urban Italian Group (UIG), a fast-growing family of 15 Italian and Spanish-inspired restaurants across Sweden and Spain. Together, we are around 450 colleagues serving over 4,000 guests every day, and now we’re building our new team in Stockholm. **About You and The Role**
You have a BIG smile, a proactive attitude, and positive energy. You naturally enjoy making other people happy and, of course, you share our values. Your mission is to create a memorable experience for every guest that exceeds their expectations, ensuring they return time and again.
- You take care of 25-30 guests in your section.
- You are multitasking and often assist with running drinks and food.
- You advise guests on food and wine choices and have knowledge of allergens and products.
