What does the role involve?
You are the first person guests meet in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm approach and are attentive to details and guest needs. You have a passionate interest in food and beverages and enjoy order and organization, both in your own and your colleagues' work. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will include serving food and drinks and managing your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.
Who are you?
To be suitable for the role, we believe you have experience in similar work and experience with concept-driven operations. Since the work largely involves communicating with guests, good Swedish and English skills are essential. Speaking an additional language is meritorious.
Most importantly, we value your personal qualities and attitude. To fit the role, you need to be a responsive and humble team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and overall results. It is also important that you can provide excellent hospitality to the hotel's guests.
Job Information:
This is a temporary part-time position during our high season (December-March), with work shifts primarily on weekends and holiday periods.
