Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 220 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, where the whole is the focus.
The position includes the following responsibilities:
* Be responsible for and independently troubleshoot and resolve issues within various types of properties. This includes ongoing maintenance work, renovations and new installations, repairs, handling of operational disturbances, etc.
* Propose improvements and changes
* Independently manage communication and feedback with colleagues, clients, and tenants
* Collaborate with other operations staff and specialists at CBRE
* Travel to other locations may occur
Who are you?
You have:
* At least 3 years of experience as a certified plumber
* Extensive experience in service work
* Good knowledge of the interaction between all installations within a building
* Experience working independently in various types of properties
* A valid driver's license (B category)

* Ability to prioritize and plan
* Easy to collaborate and build trust with clients and colleagues
