About the role
As a vulcanization technician with us, you will:
• Assemble and service conveyor belts and other transport equipment
• Process rubber and plastic materials
• Work both in the workshop and out in the field with customers
• Participate in training and onboarding to become an independent and confident vulcanization technician
Once you feel secure in your role, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for order placement in Visma, as well as manage material purchases – a chance to broaden your skills and gain greater insight into the entire operation.

We are looking for someone who is self-driven, responsible, and has strong collaboration skills. You are flexible and service-oriented, able to prioritize to meet customer needs. You take responsibility for your tasks, work meticulously, and contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
Qualifications
• Completed upper secondary education
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Workshop technical experience or equivalent assessed as comparable
• Driver's license B
• Familiarity with Office or similar tools
Meritorious
• Driver's license BE
• Forklift license, overhead crane license, hot work certification, etc.
• Experience with invoicing, order placement, and material ordering, preferably in Visma or similar systems
Employment and conditions
• Permanent position after an initial 6-month probationary period
• Full-time
• Working hours: daytime, with the possibility of evening and weekend work as needed
• Salary according to agreement
