Elastisys Seeks Business-Driven VP Sales with Operational Excellence
Elastisys is looking for a business-driven and operational VP Sales who wants to combine hands-on sales with shaping our future sales organization. You will start by closing deals with enterprise customers – and then build a scalable team, sales structure, and go-to-market strategy for both Sweden and international markets.

About the Role
As VP Sales, you have a dual responsibility:
• Drive sales personally, focusing on new enterprise customers.
• Help build our sales function – team, processes, strategy, and scalability.
You will report to our Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and be part of the commercial team's management group. The role requires both operational sales expertise and strategic vision – you will help shape our growth in Sweden and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently prospect, drive, and close enterprise segment deals
• Develop sales strategy, processes, and KPIs with a focus on scalability
• Recruit, lead, and coach a sales team as the organization grows
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, marketing, and customer success teams
• Contribute to the commercial team's management group and international growth efforts
We Are Looking for Someone Who
• Has at least 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, Cybersecurity, Dev-Sec Ops, in various customer environments (on-prem, hybrid, or pure cloud solutions)
• Has sales experience with enterprise customers and complex buying processes
• Thrives in a role involving both personal selling and team/structure building
• Has previously led sales teams in growth or scale-up environments
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Is based in or able to work from Stockholm
• Can undergo security vetting/classification
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience selling to mission-critical customers: public sector, defense, healthcare, finance, or energy
• Knowledge of regulations like NIS2, GDPR, CRA, BSI, NIST, or similar
• Strong network in the Swedish enterprise market
• Previous experience leading or contributing to international expansion
• Technical understanding of dev/sec/ops, hybrid solutions, or air-gapped environments
