Your Main Responsibilities
As a Visual Sales Coach, you are responsible for challenging, developing, and coaching store Visual Merchandisers and inspiring store management teams based on Stadium's concept, tactical plan, and sales goals to create strong results. You will conduct workshops and training sessions to strengthen teams' competence in visual presentation and sales techniques. Through store visits, digital structures, and constructive feedback, you ensure a customer experience that is both commercially relevant and inspiring. You will make sure visual sales are developed and documented, deadlines are met, and department flows are optimized.
During new store openings and renovations, you are responsible for support teams and concept implementation, and you actively contribute to building a strong community and culture among Visual Merchandisers in Sweden. The role involves close collaboration with regional managers, CX department, and other key functions, making cross-functional work central to driving long-term visual development, sales, and strengthening Stadium's brand.
Location:
A significant part of the work occurs remotely – through digital meetings and regular travel within the region. To enable close and effective collaboration with stores in southwestern Sweden, we therefore prefer you to be located in the area. Travel within the region is a natural part of the position.

With deep knowledge of visual sales, commercial environments, and customer behavior, you are a self-driven and innovative person constantly striving for development – both for yourself and the business. You have high collaborative ability and are attentive and solution-oriented. You are a skilled communicator who engages in both physical and digital forums and are accustomed to creating consensus and building strong teams across multiple stores. You share our vision of an active life.
You Have:
· At least 3 years of experience in visual sales and retail concept work
· Experience coaching and developing multiple stores or a region
· Strong analytical skills with experience in analysis tools such as Power BI or similar
· Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
· Class B driver's license and flexibility to travel within the region

Duration
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date by agreement. We apply a probationary period.
