We are currently in a strong growth phase and are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for Arkivet Sergel. We make second-hand shopping commercial, inspiring, and highly fashionable. Arkivet is a modern second-hand concept featuring women's clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories from brands such as Rodebjer, Toteme, Malene Birger, Acne, and & Other Stories. We started eight years ago and now have five stores, three in Stockholm and two in Gothenburg. As a Visual Merchandiser, you'll have an exciting and varied job as we receive approximately 300 items per store daily. We accept items based on trend, condition, and season. Customers receive 40% commission when an item is sold. Customers choose to come to Arkivet because it offers an easy, fun, inspiring, and visually appealing way to buy and sell second-hand items. After evaluation and quality control, items are hung according to Arkivet's concept, and this is where the VM role comes into play. Arkivet has a clear DNA visible in how we decorate our stores, our Instagram, and especially in our display styling. There are clear guidelines for how we style and display items on our clothing racks. These guidelines, combined with your intuition, are what make you a successful VM at Arkivet. As a person, you are driven, proactive, self-motivated, social, and efficient. You are a team player who inspires those around you and spreads positive energy. You are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds. We are looking for someone who is fashion-conscious, has a commercial mindset, and has experience in both Visual Merchandising and Sales. We are seeking candidates who: - Have an excellent sense of brands and styles across different price segments - Have at least two years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion - Understand commercial aspects of retail and know what customers want - Have a strong interest in fashion, concepts, and trends, combined with sales and KPIs The position is a full-time parental leave replacement for one year, with start date to be agreed upon.
