JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now seeking a new veterinary colleague for our team at the District Veterinarians in Gävle. This is a fixed-term position for one year with potential extension.
We are looking for someone with experience and attraction to working with small animals in a well-functioning clinical environment. We plan to expand our small animal services, including developing our dental services and introducing ultrasound patients.
The position suits someone with several years of professional experience who enjoys mixing urgent and scheduled appointments. Our daily work blends event-driven and planned activities. Small animal emergency on-call work is included in the position. We continuously focus on skills development, and your professional growth is our best investment.
QUALIFICATIONS
We seek a licensed veterinarian with previous small animal practice experience. You should have extensive knowledge and experience in small animal care, particularly in dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, emergency cases, and internal medicine. To thrive here, you must enjoy teamwork, be curious, solution-oriented, and have a good work structure. You should be comfortable working at a high pace and multitasking. We place significant emphasis on personal suitability.
A B driver's license is required.
