Visma is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the financial system Control Edge
At Visma, we strive to streamline and enhance our customers' financial processes. With the help of Control Edge, medium and large companies can effectively manage their complex financial processes through automation and AI. We are growing and are now looking for a Sales Account Manager who wants to take the next step in their career. The role involves complex solution sales where you will develop new customer relationships and be responsible for upselling to existing customers.
About the role
As a Sales Account Manager for Control Edge, you will play a central role in our growth journey. Your mission will be to expand our presence in the Swedish market, focusing on our key segments. In this role, you will lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signed agreement, by offering solutions for each customer's unique challenges. You will guide potential customers through their decision-making process and ensure that Control Edge provides them with measurable value.
Your responsibilities
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting relevant organizations to demos, follow-up meetings, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Upsell additional services to existing customers.
• Collaborate and coordinate activities with individuals from various parts of the organization, including product specialists, contract managers, project managers, support, and system consultants.
• Act as Bid Manager in public procurement.
What we are looking for
As a person, you are driven and commercially minded, with several years of documented success in selling complex B2B solutions. You possess strong business acumen, can quickly understand customer needs, and translate them into solutions that deliver added value. You are results-driven and collaborative, managing your sales processes with a solution-focused approach. Our sales processes often involve multiple stakeholders, both on our side and the customer's, which places high demands on stakeholder management and coordination of activities.
Skills and experience
• Documented experience in complex B2B sales with full ownership of the sales cycle, preferably within SaaS.
• Strong commercial and advisory skills.
• Experience in sales to the public sector, particularly within financial or business systems, is an advantage.
• Relevant academic degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
