We are seeking a structured and service-oriented virtual assistant who can work remotely and support our small taxi company with administration, customer service, and digital marketing. The role involves diverse work focused on facilitating the driver's daily routine and enhancing the company's online visibility.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Online Booking & Customer Communication
• Respond to customer messages and calls (WhatsApp, Messenger, or email).
• Confirm and schedule trips, especially airport transfers and long-distance journeys.
• Update the driver about upcoming bookings.
• Use Google Calendar or a simple taxi booking system.
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
• Manage the company's Google Business Profile, Facebook page, and Instagram.
• Create posts about services, operating hours, and promotions.
• Collect and respond to customer reviews.
3. Administrative & Financial Support
• Keep records of daily trips, income, and fuel expenses.
• Enter data into Google Sheets or Excel.
• Prepare digital receipts and organize documents for accounting and tax purposes.
