Our clients are in the local area, and we travel on foot or by bicycle/car. Job Description As a nursing assistant in home care, you will provide good care and social support. Your responsibilities will include helping and supporting clients in their daily lives to promote and meet their functional ability, as well as assisting with social contacts and well-being. As a nursing assistant, you will also participate in care planning as a contact person. An important part of the job is to document and register the client's support services in a safe and secure manner to ensure that the client receives the approved assistance according to the support decision. Qualifications For this position, you are required to have: - Nursing assistant training - A valid driver's license - Experience working in home care - Knowledge of registration from the municipality's various digital systems and implementation plans. Other Positions are filled on an ongoing basis. The position is a probationary employment for 6 months.
