In August 2025, we opened our new office in Karlstad, and we are seeking an independent and driven accounting consultant who wants to become a key person in our ongoing journey. This is a unique opportunity for you who wish to take on greater responsibility, develop in the role of advisor, and help shape a workplace from the ground up—with the support of a strong team. **About the Role** As our first employee based in Karlstad, you will be a central part of establishing and developing our newest office. You will: - Work independently with financial statements, tax returns, and qualified financial advice - Serve as a supportive sounding board for our clients and help them make informed decisions - Build relationships and contribute to the office's growth through networking and business development - Collaborate with the management at H1 Ekonomi to shape the working methods, culture, and structure of the new office - Create a secure and personalized customer experience where quality and long-term relationships are integral to the work This is a role for you who thrive on responsibility, want to influence outcomes, and may have considered starting your own business—yet prefer to embark on this journey with others.
