The department has 11 operating rooms, where we perform surgeries across several specialties such as orthopedics, surgery, urology, gynecology, and ear, nose, and throat. Until your specialist training begins, you will work in the operating room and be part of the team in the operating department. You will gain a solid foundation and insight into the profession. You will participate in the work within the operating room, manage medical technical equipment, and assist specialist nurses before, during, and after surgery. About you We are looking for a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in the human body, technology, and solving challenging problems together with others. You are eager to develop further and plan to start your specialist training as a perioperative nurse in the autumn term of 2026 – or no later than two years after employment. You are flexible, engaged, and confident in your professional role. You recognize the value of good collaboration and contribute to it through humility and accountability. Your work style is characterized by professionalism, empathy, and independence, and you have the ability to quickly perceive changes that are crucial for seriously ill patients.
