About this role

Are you ready to drive and shape the future of IT for a company contributing to the green transition? As IT Manager at Driva, you will play a key role in our digital journey. You will be responsible for developing and future-proofing our entire IT environment – from strategy to daily operations – and ensuring that technology becomes an enabler for our sustainable energy goals. This is a role where you can combine structure, leadership, and curiosity about future technologies – in a company facing several exciting years of growth and development. What We Offer We offer a key role in a company undergoing strong growth, with a vision to provide 100% biogas and other sustainable energy solutions like solar cells and charging infrastructure to our customers. Our organization is characterized by close collaborations, short decision-making paths, and goal-oriented work methods. It's important for us to enjoy our work, and we value a good work environment and strong corporate culture. About the Driva Group Driva, Stockholm Gas, and Gasnätet Stockholm together form the Driva Group, working to make the green energy transition as simple as possible for our customers. In addition to our 170-year-old gas network in Stockholm, we also build, own, and maintain energy facilities on-site for our customers, which can include solar solutions, charging infrastructure for heavy traffic, and biogas solutions. Our customers are located throughout Sweden, and we support them in their green transition by providing various green energy solutions to secure their energy supply for the future. We are a forward-thinking energy company that combines stability and structure with the courage to think innovatively. As IT Manager, you will play a key role in developing the digital infrastructure that makes our operations smarter, safer, and more efficient – thus creating the technical conditions for a sustainable energy future. What You Will Do As IT Manager, you will plan and develop the company's IT architecture and lead long-term work on information and cybersecurity. You will follow up on vendors, manage contracts, budgets, and licenses, and ensure that our systems function smoothly and securely in everyday operations. You will have an important role in building structure and work methods for a modern and stable IT environment – with clear processes, documentation, and a sustainable strategy for years to come. You will ensure that our IT solutions support the business while inspiring colleagues to understand and follow guidelines and security routines. This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategic overall responsibility with practical influence – where you can plan, impact, and see the results of your work. Your Primary Responsibilities - Plan and develop IT architecture, platforms, networks, and telephony. - Ensure functioning integrations between systems and vendors. - Drive improvements in information and IT security, including NIS directive requirements. - Responsible for budget, contracts, procurement, and cost tracking in the IT area. - Follow up on vendor delivery quality and drive improvements. - Be the first point of contact for internal IT issues and basic support. - Manage licenses, permissions, IT inventory, and documentation. - Initiate digital improvements and support the business with technical expertise. You will belong to the Digitalisation & Projects department and report to its manager. In this role, you will be our internal IT expert and serve as the link between users, the business, and our external IT partners. Who We Think You Are We are seeking someone with both drive and direction – a person who sees IT as a strategic resource and has the ability to lead development forward with both structure and inspiration. You have several years of experience in IT operations, system management, or procurement organization, and enjoy switching between strategy, vendor management, and operational tasks. You also have excellent Swedish and English skills, both spoken and written, and can communicate easily and clearly with different parts of the organization. You are curious about new technology and stay updated on trends and security issues. At the same time, you are confident in your competence and know how to translate global insights into concrete priorities. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and engaged – but also warm and communicative. You easily create trust, build relationships, and explain complex IT issues in an understandable way. You enjoy driving improvements, creating order and long-term stability, but also supporting colleagues in daily operations. Helping others understand and follow IT and information security routines is a natural part of your role. In short – you are the one who gets both technology and people to work together. Interested? If you believe you are the one we're looking for – don't wait! We are interviewing continuously and may fill the position before the application deadline.
