Starting December 1, we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for Helen at 50% (with priority to work additional shifts as they become available). A part-time position means 1 day/night per week, allowing for plenty of time outside of work. We schedule shifts in a group every three months - you will participate in choosing your shifts during a joint scheduling meeting with the entire team. Helen is a lady in her prime (around 50) who requires assistance around the clock. She lives in her own apartment in central Härnösand, and we work in day shifts with sleeping on-call. You who are applying should be secure, calm, and patient. Setting boundaries in a warm manner is an asset. Helen enjoys warm baths several times a week, goes for walks every day, and loves fun and Alfons Åberg. She exercises briefly every day with your help and needs assistance with most daily activities. She uses a wheelchair but can transfer to/from other seating areas with you nearby. Helen is engaged in most activities but requires your attention and presence at all times.
