We are currently looking for new colleagues who want to help create memorable cinema experiences for our guests. We are seeking a Cinema Host/Cinema Staff member for part-time work at Filmstaden Luleå during the Christmas holiday period. Working hours are primarily between 9:30-21:45, with potential earlier or later shifts. To be considered for the position, you need to be available during the periods of 25-30/12 and 1-7/1 - please indicate your available dates in your personal letter. There are also opportunities to work additional shifts before and after the holiday period. About the Job As part of our team, your primary task is to prioritize guests and provide them with an extraordinary cinema experience. Every day, you will meet our expectant guests, and your challenge is to exceed their expectations, create magical moments, and make each visit memorable by offering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing professional service to our guests throughout their cinema visit. • Handling ticket sales and selling popcorn, soft drinks, candy, and certain food and beverage products. • Scanning tickets, guiding guests to the correct auditorium and film, welcoming them before the screening, and ensuring they have a great cinema experience. • Being available to answer questions and assist guests. • Performing basic cleaning routines in our concession stand, auditoriums, and premises, including preparation for screenings. Who Are We Looking For? We seek someone service-oriented who is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. Your flexibility allows you to handle various tasks and quickly adapt to changes. As a reliable and responsible individual, you take your work seriously and ensure you are well-prepared and organized. You enjoy collaborating with different people and are always there to support your colleagues. To work with us, you need to be fluent in Swedish and have basic knowledge of mathematics and English at high school level or equivalent (English is our corporate language). Previous service work experience is meritorious but not required. We place great importance on personal suitability. It's important that you are flexible and able to work varying shifts with short notice.
